Perfect for animal lovers

Staying here was bliss. Janet, who were just adorable! The breakfast was a revelation, I mean waffles like that? I could eat them every day!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth every penny.

Lovely gardens with scenic cow pasture views.

The twin room was disappointingly cramped for two people, making any downtime uncomfortable. Additionally, I found the narrow roads leading to and from the farmhouse quite treacherous. driving felt risky and stressful. The breakfast was also a letdown, lacking variety and failing to meet my expectations for a full Irish breakfast.

grey gables farmhouse b&b certainly had its moments, but alas, the twin room was cramped, making it impossible to even breathe comfortably. i half expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble! the breakfast lacked variety—what ever happened to a hearty full Irish? i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't bear the disappointment.

A charming escape in the countryside

From the moment we arrived, Janet's warm hospitality made us feel at home. The quiet mornings were accompanied by the sounds of nature, which was idyllic. The breakfast was delightful, with scrumptious homemade waffles that I couldn't get enough of. The room was cozy and had some lovely personal touches, making our stay truly special.

However, our short stay left us wishing we could enjoy more of the surroundings. The main roads leading to the farmhouse were narrow, so if you’re not accustomed to rural drives, it may be a slight concern. Overall, it was hard to find fault as the experience was quite positive.
